What questions will your employer ask your teachers
Filed under: Uncategorized; No CommentsFrom Doug Weaver
Over the years we have compiled some of the questions employers ask our teaching staff when a student applies for a job. You might be surprised.Does this student arrive on time consistently?
Does the student show a good degree of professionalism in the classroom?
How does he or she get along with other students?
Does he or she show a high degree of initiative in learning new material?
Is he or she a team player?
Can he or she communicate well?
How does he or she relate to people with less expertise than him?
Does he or she give up easily?
How well can he or she adapt to new situations?
Is he or she self disciplined to complete a project?
Can the student figure things out on their own or do they need to be told everything? Are they a high maintenance person?
Can they be trusted?
Are they a complainer or a problem solver?
Have you seen the student in a difficult situation and noticed how they resolved the problem?
